Trimoryn shipping

By the Trimoryn Editorial Desk · Last updated October 29, 2026 · how we check facts

What we were told about shipping, what we were not, and what is worth checking when the parcel arrives — including two checks that matter more on this product than on most.

Orders ship from the United States, and tracking arrives in the order email. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The seller pack did not supply a carrier, a transit time or an international policy, so none is printed here. Returns go to 875 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10022, USA.

What we were told

  • Orders are shipped from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise.
  • Tracking arrives in the order email.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
  • Bottles are sealed. The label’s own instruction is not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
  • Returns are posted to 875 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10022, USA.
  • The buyer pays return shipping, with tracking, on any return.
  • Refunds are issued 3-5 business days after a returned parcel is credited, and take a further 5-10 days to appear on a card.

That is the complete set. It is more than some product packs supply and less than a buyer would like.

What we were not told

  • The carrier, or the choice of carriers.
  • A transit time, in business days or otherwise.
  • A dispatch cut-off time, or which days orders are processed.
  • Whether the parcel carries any temperature protection — which matters on a product containing two live organisms.
  • Any international shipping policy.
  • What happens to a parcel that is lost or damaged in transit.

Every one of those gaps could be filled by the seller in a sentence. Until they are, this page will keep listing them rather than publishing a plausible-sounding estimate.

What to check on arrival

  1. The bottle count matches the pack you ordered

One, three or six. Obvious, and worth ten seconds.

  2. The safety seal is intact

Under the cap there should be a bonded foil membrane. The label says: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.”

  3. The panel matches what you read here

Eleven rows, serving size one capsule, thirty servings, and the Other Ingredients line naming hypromellose, rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. If the panel on your bottle differs from the one on this site, tell us and tell the order desk.

  4. The capsule count

Thirty. The only quantity on this product you can verify yourself without a laboratory.

  5. The best-before date

Photograph it. On a product containing two live organisms this date matters more than on most supplements, and no date was legible on any image supplied to this desk.

  6. The lot code

The pack supplied a draft lot reference of TRI-26/TR-3966. Photograph the actual code on your bottle before you open it; it is what any later query will turn on.

Heat, and why it matters more on this product

Most supplements survive a warm doorstep with nothing worse than a cosmetic problem. This one has a specific vulnerability that is worth two minutes of attention.

Two of the eleven rows are live organisms. Probiotic viability is temperature-sensitive, and the label itself sets a limit: store below 30 °C (86 °F). A parcel that has spent a July afternoon in a delivery van or on a step can easily exceed that, and nothing on the outside of the box will show it.

  • Bring the parcel in the same day where you can, especially in summer.
  • A visibly warm parcel is worth letting come back to room temperature before opening, rather than moving it straight to a fridge.
  • Store the bottle in a kitchen or bedroom cupboard away from the hob, the kettle and any window. A bathroom cabinet is the worst common spot in a house.
  • Do not refrigerate unless a label tells you to. This one says cool and dry, not cold.
  • Keep the desiccant sachet in the bottle. On a product containing a hygroscopic fibre and two live cultures it is doing more than usual.

None of this tells you anything about what is inside the capsules. These are handling checks, and handling is the part of the chain you can actually observe.

If something is wrong

Call the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425. That is the route for anything to do with a parcel, a payment or a product. The website email is for questions about what is written on this site and cannot see orders.

Have ready: the name on the order, the email address used, the order ID from the confirmation, and a photograph of the problem if there is something to photograph. A damaged seal, a short count or a wrong pack is all easier to resolve with a picture attached.

Do not open a bottle whose seal is damaged in order to check it. The label’s instruction is not to use it, and an unopened bottle is far simpler to return than an opened one.

The return procedure, the address and the refund timings are on the refund policy page, and what the sixty-day window covers is on the guarantee page.

What a supplement parcel should look like

An outer box that is not crushed

Supplement bottles are robust and boxes are not. A crushed box usually means nothing, but photograph it before you open it if you may need to raise anything later.

A parcel that is not hot

The one that matters most on this product, because two of the eleven rows are live organisms and the label sets a 30 °C limit.

Bottles that are sealed

Both the outer shrink band, if there is one, and the foil membrane under the cap.

A label you can read

Panel, Other Ingredients line, distributor block, lot and best-before. Photograph the lot and the date before you open the bottle.

What none of that tells you is what is in the capsules, or whether the cultures are still viable. These are handling checks, and handling is the part of the supply chain you can observe without a laboratory.

Why live cultures change the calculation

Most supplements are chemically stable powders. A warm parcel does nothing to a milligram of berberine. Two rows on this panel are different.

A colony-forming unit count is a claim about viable organisms, and viability falls with time and temperature. That is why probiotic products carry storage instructions, and why this label sets an explicit ceiling: store below 30 °C (86 °F).

What this label does not say is whether the billion CFU per strain is measured at manufacture or at end of shelf life. Those two numbers can differ several-fold on the same bottle, and the difference is entirely a formulation decision: a manufacturer guaranteeing a count at expiry overfills at the start to allow for decline.

It is a fair question to ask, it has a one-word answer, and the order desk is +1 (323) 391-7425. It is on the missing list until somebody answers it.

The desiccant sachet

Leave it in the bottle for the life of the product. On a product containing a hygroscopic fibre and two live cultures it is doing more work than usual, and throwing it out with the packaging is the commonest thing people do with it.

Tracking, and what to do while you wait

The seller pack says tracking arrives in the order email. It does not say by what means, from which carrier, or when.

  1. Nothing has arrived and there is no tracking. Call the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425 with the order ID from the confirmation email. That is the only route that can see the order.
  2. Tracking says delivered and nothing is there. Check with neighbours and around the property first, which resolves most of these, then call the same number.

And the boring but important one: keep the order confirmation regardless. The sixty-day return window runs from purchase, and the confirmation email is what establishes the date. It is worth more than the tracking number.

One more thing worth photographing

The best-before date. It is on the missing list for this product because none was legible on any image supplied to this desk, and on a bottle containing two live cultures it is the single most informative number on the package.

A long-dated probiotic tells you the manufacturer is confident about viability over time, which usually means the formulation was built for it. A short date tells you the opposite. Either way, photograph it when the parcel arrives, because it is also the number the order desk will ask for first.

Read the panel first, then decide

Thirty capsules, one a day, eleven rows itemised and five of them standardised — the best-disclosed label this desk has read. It is also a label whose two best-studied weight ingredients sit at a fraction of the amounts the research used. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
