The fourth row is finding 9. If you receive an email about an order from an address you do not recognise, the safe response is to ignore it and call the order desk instead. That advice would be worth giving on any product; on one with four different strings attached to the brand name it is worth giving twice.

Which route to use

Anything about money

Call the order desk. Payments, refunds, duplicate charges and pack changes are all things a person on a phone can resolve in one call and that email threads take a week over.

Anything about a parcel

Call the order desk. Have the order ID and, if something arrived damaged, a photograph ready to send.

Anything about a return

Call the order desk before you post it. The pack names calling with the order ID as the way to start a claim.

Anything about this website

Email [email protected]. Corrections to a page, a source we have misquoted, or a panel on your bottle that differs from the transcription here.

The website email cannot see orders

This is worth repeating because it is the commonest wasted message. An email to the site address about a delivery or a refund has to be forwarded to the order desk before anything happens. Calling +1 (323) 391-7425 directly saves several days.

What to have ready before you call

  1. The name on the order. If it was placed under a different name from yours, that is the first thing to say.
  2. The email address used at checkout. This is usually what an order is found by.
  3. The order ID from the confirmation email. The pack names this specifically as what to quote when starting a refund claim.
  4. The lot number on the bottle, if the question is about the product rather than the order.
  5. The best-before date, which on a product with two live cultures is the fact most worth having to hand.
  6. A photograph, if there is something to photograph — a damaged seal, a short count, a panel that does not match.
  7. The date of purchase, if the call is about the sixty-day window.

The two Third Avenue addresses

Both New York addresses in the pack supplied with this product are on Third Avenue, three blocks and three floors apart. They do different jobs, and sending a return to the wrong one costs weeks.

The two addresses and what each is for.

The returns address is 875, Floor 28. Copy it from this page or from the order desk rather than from memory. The refund policy page has the full procedure, including the three things that must go inside the parcel.

Questions worth asking before you buy

Six, in order of how much difference the answer makes. All of them are things this desk could not establish from the pack supplied, and all of them are on the missing list.

  1. “If I take this for thirty days and nothing changes, can I return the opened bottle?” The most important question on this site, because a thirty-day trial produces an opened bottle by definition.
  2. “Is the CFU count at manufacture or at end of shelf life?” On a product with two live cultures, the difference can be several-fold.
  3. “Which cinnamon species is it — cassia or Ceylon?” A one-word answer, and the one that settles the coumarin question.
  4. “Which strains are the two probiotics, and is the Akkermansia live or pasteurised?” Three facts the manufacturer already knows.
  5. “Who is the doctor in ‘Doctor Formulated’?” A name and a credential turns a seal into something checkable.
  6. “What is the current price of each pack, and is there a two-bottle option?” No price list reached this desk, so this site prints none.

If any of those is answered in a way that changes what is on this site, email [email protected] and the page will be updated.

What this desk can and cannot answer

What we can answer

  • What is on the label, row by row, and what each row means.
  • What the published sources say about each ingredient, with the exact sentence.
  • What was and was not supplied to this desk, including everything on the missing list.
  • Why a particular claim, image or number is not repeated on this site, and what would change that.

What we cannot answer

  • Whether this product will work for you. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing.
  • Anything about your medications. That is your prescriber's, and three ingredients here act on blood sugar.
  • What is in a specific lot. No Certificate of Analysis was supplied to this desk.
  • The price. No price list was supplied; the checkout is authoritative.

If the question is medical, the honest answer from a retailer is to point you at somebody qualified, which this one does. On a weight-management product that goes double: the interventions with the strongest evidence in this area are not supplements, and a clinician can investigate causes that a capsule cannot.

What a good order-desk call sounds like

Most supplement order desks are small teams handling a high volume of short calls, and the difference between a two-minute resolution and a twenty-minute one is almost entirely what the caller has ready.

  1. Open with the order ID

Not the story. “I'm calling about order 12345” lets the person in front of a screen find you before anything else is said. The pack names the order ID specifically as what to quote when starting a refund claim.

  2. Say what you want, in one sentence

A refund, a replacement, a pack change, an answer. Desks are much better at a stated request than at an inferred one.

  3. Have the dates

Order date, delivery date, and the date you are calling. On anything involving the sixty-day window these are the facts the whole call turns on.

  4. Ask for the name of the person you spoke to

And write it down with the date. If a second call is needed, that one detail converts a fresh start into a continuation.

  5. Ask what happens next, and when

A specific expectation tells you when to call again and saves you calling before that.

Sending a correction

Corrections are the only feedback channel this site has, because there is no analytics on it. They go to [email protected] and they go to the top of the queue.

  • A panel that does not match. The most valuable correction anybody can send. A photograph of the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle plus the lot code, and if it differs from the transcription here, your bottle governs and this site changes.
  • A misquoted source. Every quotation here was copied from the linked document. If one has drifted, say which and it is fixed the same day.
  • A fact that has since been published. The cinnamon species, the probiotic strains, a CFU-at-expiry figure, a named physician, a price list — any of these shortens the missing list.
  • A broken link or a typo. Less interesting and still welcome.

What this address cannot do is help with an order. It has no access to them at all. For anything you have paid for, the route is the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425.

Read the panel first, then decide

Thirty capsules, one a day, eleven rows itemised and five of them standardised — the best-disclosed label this desk has read. It is also a label whose two best-studied weight ingredients sit at a fraction of the amounts the research used. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
