Refunds
Trimoryn refund policy
The return procedure exactly as it was supplied, the address it goes to, the paperwork it needs, and the six questions the pack did not answer.
Returns go to 875 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10022, USA with your full name, email address and order ID enclosed. The window is 60 days from purchase. The buyer pays return shipping, with tracking. Refunds are issued 3-5 business days after the returned parcel is credited and take a further 5-10 days to reach a card. Start a claim by calling +1 (323) 391-7425 with the order ID.
The procedure, as supplied
- Call the order desk first on +1 (323) 391-7425 with the order ID. That is the route the pack names for starting a claim. Confirm the address is current, confirm whether an opened bottle is accepted, and ask whether anything needs to be written on the outside of the parcel.
- Pack the bottles. Sealed and unopened is simplest. Use the original outer packaging if you still have it.
- Write your full name, your email address and your order ID on a sheet and put it inside. All three were named explicitly in the pack supplied to this desk. A parcel with no paperwork in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls.
- Post it tracked. The buyer pays return shipping and the terms specify tracking. Keep the receipt and the tracking number.
- Wait for the parcel to be credited, then 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued, then 5-10 days for it to appear on the card.
Call before you post
It takes five minutes and it removes every avoidable failure in this process: a stale address, an unaccepted opened bottle, a missing order ID. The order desk is +1 (323) 391-7425, and it can see orders in a way the website email cannot.
Where to send it
| Address | Use |
|---|---|
| 875 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10022, USA | Returns. Physical parcels only |
| 600 Third Avenue, Floor 25, New York, NY 10016, USA | Correspondence with the retail desk. Not a returns address |
| Trimoryn, Aurora, CO 80011 | The distributor, from the label. Not a returns address, and not a full street address |
Sending a return to the office address rather than the returns address is a mistake that costs weeks rather than days, and it is easy to make because both are Third Avenue addresses in New York. The returns address is the one at Floor 28; the office is at Floor 25.
That similarity is worth double-checking before you post. Copy the returns address from this page or from the order desk rather than from memory.
The two clocks
A refund on this product runs on two separate timers, and knowing that in advance prevents a great deal of unnecessary worry in week two.
Clock one: the seller
3-5 business days after your returned parcel is credited. “Credited” means received and checked in, which is not the same as the day the tracking says it was delivered.
Clock two: the card network
A further 5-10 days for the issued refund to appear on the statement. This one is entirely outside the seller’s control and varies by bank.
Add them together with a weekend or two and three weeks from delivery to money is an ordinary outcome, not a sign that anything has gone wrong. If you are past three weeks from the day tracking showed delivery, that is the point to call.
What the pack did not say
- Whether opened bottles are accepted. Not addressed. This is the most important gap on the page, because a thirty-day trial produces an opened bottle by definition.
- Whether a restocking fee applies. Not mentioned.
- Whether a partly used multi-bottle pack can be returned. Not addressed.
- Whether the original shipping charge is refunded. Not stated.
- What happens if the return is lost in transit. Not stated, which is the reason the tracking requirement matters to you rather than to them.
- Whether a refund goes back to the original payment method. Not stated, though it is the normal practice.
Settle the first one before you buy
If you intend to try this product and return it if nothing changes, you need to know whether an opened bottle qualifies. That single answer decides whether the sixty-day window is useful to you or decorative. Ask the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425 before you pay, not after.
Why refunds stall, and how to avoid it
| Cause | Avoidable? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No paperwork inside the parcel | Yes | Enclose full name, email and order ID on a sheet |
| Sent to the office address | Yes | Use the Floor 28 returns address, not the Floor 25 office |
| No tracking | Yes | Post tracked and keep the receipt |
| Sent outside the window | Yes | Decide at day thirty, not day fifty-nine |
| Card network delay | No | Wait 5-10 days after the refund is issued |
The fifth is the only one you cannot control, and it is also the only one that resolves itself. If three weeks pass from delivery with nothing on the statement, call with the tracking number in front of you.
Cancelling before dispatch
The pack supplied no cancellation policy, so this page cannot state one. What can be said is the practical position: an order that has not yet shipped is far easier to stop than one that has, and the route is the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425 rather than any form on this site.
If you have just ordered the wrong pack size — a six-pack instead of a single bottle, which is the commonest version of this — call immediately rather than waiting for the parcel and returning it. A change before dispatch costs nothing; a return costs you the postage.
And if the parcel has already gone, the sixty-day window covers you. That is what it is for.
Three things to do before you post anything
Photograph the bottle and the paperwork
The label, the lot code, the best-before date, the seal, and the sheet going inside with your name, email and order ID on it. If a parcel goes missing or a dispute arises, this is the evidence, and it takes ninety seconds.
Confirm the address by telephone
Returns addresses change, and both New York addresses in this pack are on Third Avenue. The order desk is +1 (323) 391-7425.
Ask the opened-bottle question
If the bottle is opened, ask before you post rather than after. The pack supplied to this desk does not address it, so nobody on this site can tell you, and a refused return still costs you the postage.
What “credited” means, and why the clock starts late
The refund timing supplied is “3-5 business days after the return is credited”. That word is doing work, and it is the commonest source of confusion in mail-order returns.
Credited is not the same as delivered. A parcel is delivered when the carrier hands it over; it is credited when the receiving warehouse opens it, matches it to an order, checks the contents and books it in. In a busy week that gap can be several days on its own, and it happens before the 3-5 business days begins.
So the honest full timeline, from the day you post, is: transit, then booking in, then 3-5 business days to issue, then 5-10 days for a card network to post it. Three weeks from posting to money on the statement is an ordinary outcome and not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
What is a sign is silence. If three weeks have passed since tracking showed delivery and nothing has appeared, call with the tracking number in front of you.
Chargebacks, and why they are the last resort
A card chargeback is the buyer’s backstop and it exists for genuine cases: goods never sent, goods not as described, a seller who will not respond. It is not a substitute for a returns process, and reaching for it first tends to make a resolvable situation worse.
- A chargeback freezes the seller’s ability to refund you directly, so a case that could have closed in a week can take months instead.
- It requires evidence, and the evidence is the same paperwork the returns process asks for: order ID, tracking, correspondence.
- It is far stronger when you can show you tried the seller first. A dated call log and an unanswered email are the most persuasive things in a chargeback file.
- It is appropriate if the seller stops responding entirely, if a refund is agreed and then not paid, or if the goods never arrived and the order desk will not engage.
On this product the route is the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425, and it should be tried, documented and given a reasonable period before anything else. Most refund problems in this category are administrative rather than adversarial.
Read the panel first, then decide
Thirty capsules, one a day, eleven rows itemised and five of them standardised — the best-disclosed label this desk has read. It is also a label whose two best-studied weight ingredients sit at a fraction of the amounts the research used. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
