Quick answer

Trimoryn is a capsule dietary supplement sold for weight management support. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and the label says to take 1 capsule daily, preferably 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. The panel lists 11 rows. It is not FDA approved, and the label makes no disease claim.

What is Trimoryn?

Trimoryn is a dietary supplement in capsule form. The bottle calls it “Weight Management Support”. Each bottle holds 30 capsules and the label calls that “one month supply”. The serving size is 1 capsule, and there are 30 servings in a bottle.

It is sold in the United States to adults. The caution block on the bottle says it is not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing. The shell of the capsule is hypromellose, which is a plant material. That is why the vegetarian mark on the bottle holds up.

The bottle names its distributor as Trimoryn, Aurora, CO 80011, with a telephone number of +1 (323) 391-7425. It does not give a street address, and it does not name the factory. Sales material for the product adds the words “appetite and craving control” and “gut wellness”. This site, Trimoryndaily, is a retail desk. It is not the maker.

What does the Trimoryn bottle claim?

Three claims are printed on the front: “Supports Fat Metabolism”, “Supports Weight Management” and “Promotes Energy & Well-Being”. Each has an asterisk. The asterisk points to the standard FDA notice: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The front also reads “Advanced Formula – Clinically Inspired Ingredients”. Read that phrase slowly. It does not say the product was tested in a clinic. It says the ingredients inspired someone. The FDA claims guide for supplements treats structure and function claims as a separate class from disease claims, and these three belong to the first class.

So the honest summary is short. Trimoryn is sold as support for weight management. It is not sold as a treatment for obesity, diabetes or any other disease, and nothing on the label says otherwise.

What is in one Trimoryn capsule?

The Supplement Facts panel lists 11 rows. Nine have a weight in milligrams. Two are live cultures counted in CFU, which stands for colony-forming units. The nine weights add up to 442 mg. The two cultures add 2 billion CFU. Every row has its own printed amount, so this is not a hidden “proprietary blend”.

The 11 rows on the Trimoryn panel, per 1-capsule serving, and what the printed figures work out to.
RowAmount on the labelWhat it works out to
Riboflavin (vitamin B2)25 mgThe only row with a percent Daily Value (1470% printed)
Mangosteen powder100 mgWhole fruit powder, no standardisation
Prickly pear extract 4:1100 mgA 4:1 extract ratio, no standardisation

Resveratrol extract, std. 20%12 mgAbout 2.4 mg of resveratrol

Akkermansia muciniphila1 billion CFUStrain not named. Live or pasteurised is not stated

Other ingredients: hypromellose (the capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. Five rows carry a standardisation or an extract ratio. That is more than most supplement labels give, and it is the reason the sums on this site can be done at all.

How is Trimoryn meant to be used?

The directions are one sentence: “As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.” The bottle also says not to exceed the recommended dose. It says to keep the bottle out of reach of children, and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

Storage matters more than usual here. The label says to keep it in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). Two of the 11 rows are live organisms, and heat is the common enemy of live organisms. The label does not tell you to take the capsule with water. A full glass is a sensible habit with any fibre, and the konjac row is a fibre.

One bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose. That is the whole supply plan, because the label gives one dose and no loading period.

Does Trimoryn help with weight loss?

Nobody can answer that from the label, and this page will not pretend to. No study of the finished Trimoryn capsule has been supplied to this site. A web check of pages about the product, done for the seller pack on September 26, 2026, found no independent lab test, no third-party certification and no clinical trial of the finished product.

What exists is research on single ingredients, and it was done at other amounts. NCCIH writes that effects on weight from berberine “were seen primarily in people who took berberine in doses of more than 1 gram per day and for more than 8 weeks”. The label carries 15 mg. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements says glucomannan “does not have a significant effect on body weight compared to placebo”, in trials that used 1.24 to 3.99 grams a day. The label carries about 45 mg.

That is not proof that the capsule does nothing. It is a reason to keep your expectations modest and to read the next page, which takes each sum in turn.

Who should not take Trimoryn without asking a doctor first?

The bottle says to consult a physician before use, especially if you take a medicine or have a medical condition. The sources behind the ingredients make that advice concrete.

  • Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, as the label says. Memorial Sloan Kettering also lists berberine as a do-not-take in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Anyone who takes a drug that lowers blood sugar. Berberine, alpha-lipoic acid and cinnamon can all lower blood sugar, and the bottle does not say so. Memorial Sloan Kettering warns that alpha-lipoic acid “may be harmful” alongside such drugs.
  • Anyone who takes a blood thinner, an immunosuppressant or a medicine that the liver clears through CYP2D6, 2C9 or 3A4. These are flags from Memorial Sloan Kettering for berberine and resveratrol.
  • Anyone who is severely ill or has a weak immune system, because the NIH notes that probiotics may cause harm in those groups.

If your weight has changed in a way you did not expect, that is a reason to see a clinician. A capsule cannot find the cause.

Do not use it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing. If you take medicine or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before you start.

Frequently asked questions

A capsule dietary supplement sold for weight management support. One bottle has 30 capsules, and the label says to take 1 capsule a day, preferably 15 to 30 minutes before a meal.

What is Trimoryn for weight loss?

The bottle says it supports fat metabolism and weight management, with an asterisk that points to the FDA notice. It is not a treatment for any disease, and no study of the finished capsule has been supplied.

How many ingredients does Trimoryn have?

The Supplement Facts panel lists 11 rows. Nine are weighed and add up to 442 mg. Two are live cultures at 1 billion CFU each.

Is Trimoryn FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, so no supplement is FDA approved. The bottle carries the standard notice that the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Who makes Trimoryn?

The maker is not named. The bottle names a distributor, Trimoryn of Aurora, CO 80011, with a phone number and no street address.

Can I take Trimoryn if I am on medicine?

Ask your doctor first. The label says to consult a physician before use if you take a medication or have a medical condition, and several ingredients carry interaction flags.

Our view

Our view is plain. Trimoryn is a clearly itemised capsule with a short set of directions. The label is better than most because every row has an amount and five rows show how the extract was made. That is a point in its favour, and it is checkable.

The weak point is the gap between the front of the bottle and the research. The two ingredients with the most weight research, berberine and glucomannan, are present in small fractions of the amounts studied. We give this product a score of 2.7 out of 5, with label transparency at 4 and claim accuracy at 1. If you decide to try it, buy for a 30-day test, keep the order email, and speak to your doctor first if you take any medicine.
