Quick answer

The Trimoryn ingredients list has 11 rows per capsule: nine weighed rows add up to 442 mg, and two live cultures add 2 billion CFU. The Other Ingredients line names four more items: hypromellose (the capsule shell), rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and the label says to take 1 capsule daily, preferably 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. No Trimoryn drops, gummies or other forms appear in the sources.

What is Trimoryn, and what are Trimoryn capsules?

The bottle describes the product as a dietary supplement, in capsule form, with the words “30 capsules” and “one month supply”. One serving is one capsule, and a bottle gives 30 servings.

The shell is hypromellose. That is a cellulose made from plants, and it is why the vegetarian mark on the artwork holds up. The capsule size and its weight are not published, so we cannot tell you how big it is to swallow.

The label directions are one sentence: “As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.” Nothing is said about water, about opening the capsule or about what to do if you miss a day.

What is inside one Trimoryn capsule? The Trimoryn ingredients list

This is the Trimoryn supplement facts panel in plain form: eleven rows, each with its own amount. Nine are weighed and come to 442 mg. Two are live cultures. The table gives them as printed.

Supplement Facts per capsule, as printed on the bottle.

The riboflavin percentage is worked out against an older Daily Value. The current FDA figure for riboflavin is 1.3 mg, which would make 25 mg about 1,923 percent. We print the label figure and note the difference, and the amount is not a safety issue.

What else is in the capsule?

Anyone who types Trimoryn supplement into a search box wants this part. The Other Ingredients line lists four items: hypromellose (the capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. The label carries no allergen statement. The artwork has gluten-free, dairy-free and GMO-free marks, but these are brand declarations with no test statement behind them.

Rice flour is a plant flour. Silicon dioxide is a tiny amount of sand that keeps powder free-flowing. Magnesium stearate is a magnesium salt of stearic acid. Our ingredients page explains each in a line. None of them is the reason to choose or avoid the product.

Are there Trimoryn pills, Trimoryn drops or Trimoryn gummies?

Pills, yes in the loose sense: a capsule is swallowed like a pill. Drops and gummies, no. Nothing in the label, the seller pack or the sales material lists a drop or a gummy. If a page offers Trimoryn gummies or drops, it is not describing the product we have read about, and we cannot vouch for it.

This matters because the same name can be borrowed. A gummy or a liquid would carry a different panel, different amounts and a different shell. The only version we have seen is the 30-capsule bottle with 11 rows.

How many Trimoryn a day, and what is the Trimoryn dosage?

One. The label says to take 1 capsule daily, and it adds “Do not exceed recommended dose”. One bottle then lasts 30 days.

Taking two does not double a benefit that no one has shown. It does double every row, including the three that can lower blood sugar. If you want a different plan, ask your doctor.

The fibre row deserves a note. The NIH records cases of blockage tied to glucomannan in tablet form, and says powdered and capsule forms have not been tied to it. Trimoryn is a capsule. The label still says nothing about water, and this site suggests a full glass, as with any fibre.

How should I store the capsules?

Storage on the bottle is a cool, dry place under 30°C (86°F). It also says to keep it out of reach of children, and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Two of the rows are live cultures, so heat is worth avoiding. A glovebox or a sunny windowsill is the wrong place.

Best-before date: not legible on the images in our files. Look at your own bottle, and call the order desk if it has none.

Frequently asked questions

What are Trimoryn capsules?

A dietary supplement in capsule form with a hypromellose shell. A bottle has 30 capsules, and the serving size is 1 capsule.

How many Trimoryn capsules should I take a day?

One capsule a day, ideally 15 to 30 minutes ahead of a meal, and never above the recommended dose, per the label.

Is there a Trimoryn gummy or drops version?

Not in any source we have read. The only form listed is the 30-capsule bottle, so be careful with any page that offers another.

Are Trimoryn pills the same as the capsules?

Pills is a search word. The product is a capsule, and a capsule is swallowed like a pill. The panel has 11 rows.

What is the Trimoryn formula?

The formula is the 11-row panel: nine weighed rows totalling 442 mg, plus Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila at 1 billion CFU each.

Are there Trimoryn capsules reviews?

None is published on this site. It prints no rating or testimonial because none could be checked.

Our view

Our view: the form is simple and easy to follow. One capsule, once a day, before a meal. There is little room to take it wrong, which is a point in its favour.

The capsule is also a small container. Eleven rows, 442 mg of weighed material and two cultures fit in one shell, and the amounts are modest. A capsule that small cannot hold gram-level doses of anything. Keep that in mind when you read the front of the bottle.

Talk to your doctor if you take a medicine or have a condition. Trimoryn is not FDA approved, no supplement is, and this page is general information.
